Roy has lived his life in St. Louis and serves on the Missouri Restaurant Association Board of Directors, Chairman of the Illinois Casualty Advisory Board, Forest Park Culinary College Board of Directors, and the Advisory Board of St. Louis University School of Hospitality Studies.
