Brad Kocher joined the Lakenan team in May 2013 as a Risk Mitigation Specialist. Prior to Lakenan, Brad was the VP of Business Services for Workforce Employment Solutions. His responsibilities included all financial aspects, human resource functions, weekly payroll including tax processing, managing the workers compensation program for more than 1,000 temporary employees, and negotiating all insurance contracts including Workers Compensation, Property and Casualty and Health.
Brad is an active member of the First Baptist Church of Farmington, served as president of the Farmington Parks Board and an active member of the Farmington Tree Board. He lives in Farmington with his wife Carol. He has two grown children and five grandchildren.
Brad holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting with a minor in Data Processing from Missouri State University. Upon graduation in 1981, Brad worked for Peat, Marwick, Mitchell and Co for two years. From 1983 thru 1995 Brad worked in the finance departments for May Department Stores, BJC Health Services and Little Tikes where he gained valuable knowledge and honed his leadership skills. Brad started with Workforce in 1998 where he was one of the three member executive team that led Workforce from a startup company with one office in Farmington to a multi-million dollar company with nine locations throughout southeast Missouri.
