With over a decade of experience in Employee Benefits, management service, and sales, Bart Springer brings extensive knowledge and a client-focused approach to his role at Lakenan. His journey in the benefits industry began after proudly serving in the U.S. Air Force, where he had the opportunity to serve his country, travel the world, and pursue his education.

As Lakenan’s in-house Senior Life and Benefits Advisor, Bart works closely with our Risk Advisors, assisting with life insurance referrals and supporting the Employee Benefits Department. He also provides Medicare assistance as needed, ensuring clients have comprehensive support across all aspects of life and health coverage.
